Risk Factors of Stunting in Children Aged 1-5 Years at Wire Primary Health Care, Tuban Regency, East Java

Background : Stunting is the most common malnutrition condition found in children around world. Many factors can affect toddler nutritional status and cause stunting them. They include genetic factors, family socioeconomic level, medical history feeding practices. The present study aims to determine impact of those on incidence aged 1-5 years. Subjects Method: data was analyzed using cross-sectional approach with 109 mothers Data collection carried out by means direct interview a questionnaire that has been validated for contents parent height measurement. Results results showed father mother height, dietary diversity fish consumption influenced mothers’ (p=0.045; OR=9.847) significantly incidence. Conclusion: These including influence Thus, there need strategy focusing assistance who have aim improving quality practices, especially related consumption.
